Service Description

I help those who want better sex but don't want sex therapy. In our first session, we get to know one another. I want to know what your deepest desires are. What your biggest challenges are individually and as a couple? What do you want? Inside and outside the bedroom. Do you need help asking for what you want? Do you need help setting sexual boundaries? What are your fantasies? Have you shared those with your partner(s)? Maybe you aren't sure? If not, I help you become more embodied and aware of your desires and feelings. I help you as individuals and as a couple identify your sex, intimacy and relationship challenges and goals. Now, we need a plan to get you there! Together, we develop an action plan and send you home with assignments to complete between sessions. Many of these involve breathing techniques, to practice mindfulness and relaxation. You also learn mindful genital touching to prolong your pleasure, to help you explore your body and what turns you on. Through these assignments you discover many pathways to reconnect with your erotic energy as an individual and with your partner(s). What turns you on? How do you turn your partner(s) on? How can you and your partner(s) reach a state of heightened sexual pleasure? Many long term couples experience a decline in their sexuality after a while, or feel that it just isn't as exciting as it used to be. Others struggle to negotiate different levels of desire. It doesn't matter how long you have been together! You can still learn what really turns them on! I am a professional sex coach who offers clothes on and hands on approach to cultivating more intimacy with yourself as a profound and essential baseline for sharing true intimacy with others. Our Sex Life filters into every other aspect of our lives. Sexual wellness, sexual boundaries, sexual intimacy and sexual satisfaction are an important part of our every day lives. When we have a meaningful and great Sex Life everything seems brighter! I create a safe space which you can talk about sex, your fantasies, your experiences, your insecurities and your fears without shame. I am a Sex and Intimacy Coach. I am not a Therapist or Counselor. I do not get to the root of emotional or psychological blockages, instead I take your situation as a starting point and work with you to find practical steps to help you to move forward. Full payment is due at the end of each session. Appointments may be paid by cash, check or credit card. Full payment is due for appointments canceled less than 24 hours before appointment time.
